2. Are your books available in print or digital format?

Currently, our books are available in print through Amazon and print-on-demand services. Some products may also be available in digital (PDF) format on our Etsy store at: https://foxesanddoeco.etsy.com.

3. Can I buy your books outside of Amazon?

Yes! Some of our books are available directly through our Shopify store. We also use trusted partners like Lulu Direct for exclusive editions.

4. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! If you’re purchasing for a church, school, or group, email us at foxanddoeco@gmail.com or using the Contact Us page for special pricing.

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the fulfillment service:

  • Amazon orders ship based on Amazon’s processing time.
  • Apparel & accessories usually ship within 7-10 business days.

6. What is your return policy?

Books sent through Amazon have Amazon's return policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at foxanddoeco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right!

Yes! Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

🚚 Estimated Shipping Times:

  • U.S. Book Orders: 2 business with Amazon Prime subscription and 5-10 business days for all others
  • International Orders: 7-21 business days (depending on the country and customs processing)
  • Apparel & accessories: 5-10 business days
